I rated the product ★☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5 stars) due to several significant problems. Despite opting for a D2D service, I was unexpectedly charged a hefty fee by the Australian customs department. This occurred because the supplier failed to provide the necessary certification, which is a critical requirement for customs clearance. When I reached out to the supplier for assistance, they offered no help and instead blamed me for the additional expenses. This negligence has caused a significant financial strain on me. To make matters worse, Alibaba's handling of the situation was biased and unhelpful, adding to my frustration. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against engaging with this supplier. I hope my story serves as a cautionary tale for others and helps them avoid the same pitfalls.

In addition, during our communication with the customer, no one told us that the goods must have a certificate from a local testing agency in Australia. Otherwise, our company can do the testing in advance without being required to test at the customs. Our company has been actively cooperating in handling this matter.
